There are 7 Cooperatives in Café do Cerrado System. They are the commercial entities that store, prepare, and commercialize the genuine Café do Cerrado. They are strategically located in  Patrocínio, Monte Carmelo, Araguari, Carmo do Paranaíba, Unaí, and Araxá.

All lots of coffee are personalized, with total identification by a sophisticated software, which allows the traceability of all the coffees commercialized by the System.
